For the first HARIBO store in the UAE, our focus was on delivering a smooth and impactful opening experience.
We began by aligning the launch strategy with the brand’s core identity, ensuring that the atmosphere, visual presentation, and guest experience reflected HARIBO’s playful and energetic character.
Our role included planning and managing the opening event, coordinating all operational elements, and overseeing on-site execution. From guest flow and crowd coordination to staging and brand moments, every detail was managed to ensure the event ran seamlessly.
We worked closely with all stakeholders to maintain consistency across touchpoints and ensure that the store’s introduction to the market felt organized, energetic, and aligned with the brand.
