To support Siraj’s evolution as a Michelin-recognized concept, we partnered with the team to bring strategic clarity and operational consistency across the brand.
We began by revisiting the brand’s foundations unpacking its deep Emirati-Levantine roots to build a growth strategy that felt culturally authentic yet commercially scalable. From there, we developed a tailored marketing strategy that preserved the restaurant’s soul while positioning it for long-term success.
Our role extended into staff recruitment and training, where we ensured every team member could represent the brand story with clarity and confidence. We also supported day-to-day brand management, aligning communication, guest experience, and operational decisions under one cohesive narrative.
