Through events and strategic activations, we transformed public space into a living, seasonal destination especially during Ramadan.
Our process
To reposition Dubai Festival City as more than just a retail hub, we developed a seasonal activation strategy rooted in community connection and cultural relevance. We began by redefining the mall’s role during Ramadan, transforming static areas into an emotional, shared experience through a festive market that brought together retail, entertainment, and F&B. This involved:
- Creating a seasonal concept that reflects local traditions and values
- Designing and managing immersive events and activations that welcome families and visitors
- Curating experiences that balanced cultural expression with commercial performance
- Building a communication plan that amplifies visibility and deepens brand connection
Beyond concept and execution, we also provided strategic marketing consultation refining messaging, aligning touchpoints, and ensuring each element supported both guest experience and business objectives.
